Aerator was the first thing I thought about, but it's also possible there are issues:
1. In your shore tie pressure regulator, or
2. Your water inlet connection
I'm thinking a failing regulator or a restriction in the connection could reduce flow to the point that you get water closest to the inlet and it reduces the farther you get away, like the bath.
A friend got to the campground and pretty much "no water." Called a mobile RV tech who cleaned "deposits" out of aerators and some other choke point that I think was either the inlet or a valve. Lift the tank lid on a toilet that's been used a few years and it'll look like sand on the bottom of the tank. That kind of stuff in the RV water system.
Thinking of that, if you use in in-line filter, is it flowing free?
