OP: Unscrew the water lines under the sink and then see if you've got any water flow whatsoever. Chances are it's either clogged lines, or, closed valves. Good Luck!
Duh..clogged aerator stops hot/cold water from flowing out of end of faucet
Chances of BOTH hot/cold lines getting debris that plugs them both at same time........minimum
Very few RV sink water supply lines have individual valves
Clogged aerator common to both hot/cold non-flow issues.
OP has water flowing at kitchen sink........so issue is in bathroom.
