No water in toilet

Where is the water you are hearing going? Do you see water in the toilet? Otherwise I'll need to search.

Do you mean the bowl won't hold water, leaks through seal? Or do you mean the water never gets into the bowl when the foot pedal is pressed? My Thetford has two pedals one to flush and one to add more water to the bowl.

Sounds like you are filling the belly of the trailer with water. You need to pull the toilet and test it.

Does water get to the sinks and shower? When the lever is pulled do you hear the pump come on? Can you hear water swishing around between the inner and outer wall of the toilet? If water gets to the sinks and you can hear the pump cycle on and off with the lever and you hear water inside it sounds like your problem is after the water valve. As I remember there is a clear plastic hose that goes from the water valve to the top of the bowl, that tube is held on by spring clamps, maybe one has worked loose. You have to remove the toilet to access it. Good luck and let us know how you are making out.

If it is an AMIV, there is a tube which has probably failed- #11 on the illustration.

Your call, but it's pretty nasty to replace.

Your right Chris. It was # 11. It just slipped out of place and was laying down blocking the throat of the toilet. Yer right a messy job. I removed the toilet then split the top from the base and pushed the tube where it belongs.
