Norcold 1200LRM fails to power on.
Hello, I have a new to me 2005 Winnebago Voyage with a Norcold 1200LRM fridge. The previous owner said the recall had been taken care of and it appears so as there's a box in the maintainence area...

Yeah, the box lights up on the recall box, then once I recycle the power it obviously turns back off and then once the fridge tries to start again it'll come back on.
If this has to do with the recall would Norcold foot the bill for the repairs? I spoke with a guy at Camping World (I'm not a fan of their service department however) and he said I could bring it in and it'd be $60.50 for diagnostic and even if it was a repair that Norcold would be liable for I'd still have to foot the diagnostic fee, which is kind of silly to me if it ends up being Norcold's issue, I think that should be their responsibility.
