You refrigerator should be below 40 for safe food storage. Freezers down to at least 10 degrees, closer to 0 is better. We have a norcold -different model so setting different, but with it set mid-way on the temperature choices, refrigerator is 34-35 degrees and freezer about 5 degrees. And, it's 18 years old. It will not keep ice cream though unless it's turned all the way to the coldest setting and then the fins frost and freeze - so we don't buy ice cream very often. Did they check to see if the cooling fans outside are working? Ours went out and it raised the refrigerator temp by 10-15 degrees. Something is not right.
