Norcold 6162 Not Igniting - Flame shuts off immediately

I have a 6162 Model Norcold fridge. It works great with 110v, but when I try to use lp, it will ignite and immediately the flame shuts off. I dont know where to start. I have removed & cleaned all of the lp system. I checked valve, solenoid for restrictions, and replaced burner tip with nozzle. I cant seem to locate a thermocouple anywhere or device which regulates ignition. Help please. Thanks Dan

  • Fridge does not use a thermocouple
It uses the Spark Electrode for ignition AND Flame 'Proving'

If milivolt signal generated when flame lights off doesn't get back to circuit board ,...board shuts down gas valve so raw fuel isn't building up

    Spark electrode needs:
To be CLEAN---use emery cloth to clean
To be 'engulfed' in flame----tip should be centered over burner slots and turn red
    To be properly gaped---1/8" - 3/16"
To be grounded.....mounting screw provides ground contact---clean/tight
To be insulated....ceramic can not be cracked. (watch at night for tracking)
To have good clean tight connection
