Norcold 821 issue...no power, no faults
Hopefully someone knows or can help.
My Norcold 821(single door fridge/ freezer) in a 2010 5th wheel has been working fine with no issues whether on propane or 120v (through batteries/ inverter). This morning turned the fridge over from propane to electric 0600 no issues did a move to another boondock locations at about 1500 still working on electric fine, we get to the next boondock location setup and notice the fridge display has the bottom half of a digital "8" on the front display.
We turned the fridge off let it sit for a few try again on propane setting and the bottom half the digtal 8 shows again, try electric same thing. I checked the back of the fridge connection for 12v and have 13.3v showing just like the the battery diplays shows. I checked the 120v and it's 121v same as the me arc shows so there's power coming at the connections. I checked the fuses on the power board and both are good.
We run through the diagnostic mode from the Norcold manual and everthing is reading ok and no faults.
I have a new power board and even put it in and still have that same bottom half of the digital 8 showing.
I changed to an Amish cooling unit Jan '16' if it matters.
I checked the manual and can not find anything about this code if it is a code. :?
Everything else in the 5th wheel works as it should.
