Thanks, guys. I'll check on this tomorrow. I do have 110v at the outlet. If the heat element is bad would the refer still cool to the degree it is?
I have never seen a 120 element work a "little". They either work or are dead. Doug- Mello_MikeExplorerThanks, guys. I'll check on this tomorrow. I do have 110v at the outlet. If the heat element is bad would the refer still cool to the degree it is?
- Old-BiscuitExplorer IIICheck for AC power on terminal strip (between #2 black/pos & #3 green/grd)
Check in line 3A fuse.....black wire off of #2 going to backside of selector switch.
Check for AC power thru heater.......between #7 black/pos & #8 blue/grd on terminal strip with AC Selected
The heater is a 180W #620461 - The 120 element either works or it does NOT. So, the first thing to do is verify you have 120 current to the Heat Element. IF you do, the Heat Element is bad and you need to replace it. If NO current to the Element, trace back and check any 120 fuses on the back of the refer. Verify the 120 plug has 120 power. Doug
