Obstructed ventilation ....but cools OK on AC so doubtful
The following affect LP cooling
Clean burner.....and clean/unobstructed combustion air thru openings
Clean flue baffle and properly installed....suspended by clip
Heat deflector properly installed.....pushed down onto end of flue
