Thanks. Yes I spoke a to person at Jayco and they said to follow Norcolds recommendation of taking it to one of their authorized repair centers which I am next Friday. The dealer I bought mine at has given me zero confidence and they really don't seem to care. Frankly I don't think ill ever go back there. I feel more confident with the person I spoke with though who is actually local to me. I will report back with what we find. He is thinking it may be the spider webs in the burner tube?
