Norcold N611 Won't Work on Propane
We are pretty new at this and trying to get our fridge to get cold before our first trip. It works fine when plugged in at a camp site, but for some reason, when we set it to propane it isn't working....

WHY are you trying to do a reset :H
You stated it wasn't lighting off on LP not that you were getting a No Co error code???? Which on your model is the ON LED light flashing 5 times every 3 seconds.
You should be listening for click of gas solenoid and clicking of spark electrode when fridge attempts to light main flame
