Thank you very much for the information everybody.
Well, I have leveled out the trailer front to back in the storage lot, and tried both propane and AC, and the refrigerator/ freezer still doesn't cool.
I used compressed air to blow out the propane area.... so I'm afraid my Norcold N621 unit may be toast.
Looks like it's going to run me about $2,000 to get it replaced and installed. Combine this with somebody breaking into the storage lot, and trying to pry open my door and bending the door and the doorjamb then breaking the window and stealing my tools and other things inside, I'm pretty bummed.
Update: I unplugged the thermistor like I did before, and for some reason it may be cooling now. It's really hard to say at this point, I'm going to leave it for three hours or so and check back tonight.
