Thanks everybody, if it's the thermistor I certainly will replace it.
My Father has an arctic fox trailer that he bought the same year with the same type of Norcold, just a tad larger. His is noticeably colder and his freezer very cold within an hour or two... mine doesn't reach the same temperature even after four hours or so.
I left the thermistor unplugged, the propane on, and the unit on last night and I will check it this morning to see if it cooled. Praying that it works and that my Norcold isn't toast.
I did hit a large pothole with the trailer and it momentarily stopped working when I went back to see if everything was OK. I wonder if that had anything to do with it, because it doesn't seem like a coincidence now.
