How can you miss up there? AK has two seasons: Winter, Road Repair...

I'm suspicious the cooling unit got fouled from off-level operation. Are you handy enough to change that component? Fridge has to come out of its installation, part of the inside, and some of the outside, undone, and reassembled with a special thermal mastic. Probably YouTube on how to do it.
