norcold not working properly
we have a 2001 norcold n-821 we have frost on the back wall of the frezer an the fridge is cool but not cold are not getting any bad codes were in ancortas wa cant seem to get an rv repair apointment ...

2x on defrosting. If we turn our off and open the door it happens in fast order.
As noted the frost prevents the heat inside of the box to get to the cooling unit that removes the heat.
