Your bilge rating should be rated close to the regular pump. Watch the volume at the correct head pressure. You can use the same outflow but it will need a check valve.

Not exactly low cost. Should serve 8 to 12 years.
I would get a marine charger about 5 to 10 amps. Get a permanent mount or onboard syle.
