I know of only one kind of pump that can handle low lift (7 meters 25 ft max) insanely high quantities of water.
A rotary screw pump. Handles solids to more than 4" diameter.
They're expensive, need to be coupled with belts with prime mover mounted higher than water level and with enough HP can easily handle a thousand gallons A MINUTE. A natural gas engine power supply makes sense, but jeez ain't this getting a little extreme?
