Nothing works when on shore power.

ATS is between your shore power cord connection to the coach and your 120 main breaker box.

Don't know if you have a converter, and inverter or most likely, an inverter/charger. Look in compartments near the batteries.

Tell us the brand and model and we can tell you what you have.
