Down load the installation instructions and pull the fridge out to see if it was done right. Most of the time they are not.
When I pulled my last fridge out I discovered about 40% of the roof vent blocked by a flap of the rubber roofing. They also did not do anything to create a smooth flow into the roof vent - like the instructions said to do. Then they left a big void on top of the fridge which was contrary to the instructions.
So before throwing any parts at it, make sure they installed it right.
