Old tv to new tv with old flat wire

I have a old 1983 motorhome that has a old tv antenna that has a flat wire that has 2 wires inside. The antenna that you screw up works well, but I got a new flat screen tv and it only has a place for...

That flat wire cable is actually called 300 ohm cable, you want an adapter to coax: amazon

You will need a short piece of 75 ohm coax cable to go between the adapter and the TV
