On the Go small water softener

I am the proud owner of an On the Go water softener. Works fine but it fell over and there is a small crack in the top, below the threads, above the water inlet. I have searched all over for parts but not found a source. I left a message on their 800 number, no response yet. I am sure I am not the only person with this problem. Any one gotten any parts besides the rope, o rings, hose fittings?
