I think you will shorten the lives of at least some of the devices you're powering at 132VAC.
Seems odd to me that the hZ at a higher voltage is lower than at a lower voltage. As you mentioned, BFA Cycles, RPM, and Voltage are all tied together. Basically if all you have is a Tachometer and can get around 1800, a Voltmeter and can get 120, or a Scope and can get 60, your BFA is turning about what it should.
