Onan 4000 starts and then stops
My Onan 4000 KY starts runs a few seconds and then stops.
Could a bad control board cause this?

- I see in the first post you made two days ago on the subject, you have a 2004 Jayco Class C.
Did you install a new fuel filter before you changed the carburetor on the generator?
That should have been your first step to stop the pulsing.
Make sure you have all the simple things covered, fuel filter correct oil level, all fittings tight, etc., before you start your diagnosis.
Is it still blowing white smoke?
