$220.00 for the carb not including shipping...all I need is a plastic float that's why id really like to find a suitable replacement.
AS I have stated for years, This Carb problem is NOT Onan's fault. It is the state of California. 25 years ago, California mandated Strict Emission systems on Gensets and all small engines. That meant tamperproof Carbs. So, Onan built sealed carbs to meet the California law. Since Onan could not just build gensets for 1 state and another for the other 49, they built gensets to California's law. Which meant you had to replace a gummed up Carb, since they are "sealed". You can take them apart and clean them up. Just no replacement parts for rebuild available. Doug
