Onan HGJAB fuel filter question.

I know this is a fuel filter:



But is this also a fuel filter???



The parts list I found says there's a filter but I also found other info that this is just a fitting.

Anybody know for sure?

    Is the fuel filter in the first photo to the left of the pump? Much smaller than the pump itself.

    The second photo looks like the float bowl under the carburetor.

    The first picture looks like a fuel pump.
    The second picture looks like a valve to adjust the mixture for altitude adjustment.
