Check the basics:
Intake and exhaust not plugged.
Propane tank actually full....IE a leak hasn't occurred since you last looked.
Spark plug making a spark.
Then if you have a propane torch or can borrow one, you can test the engine itself by "injecting" some propane into the air intake as it cranks over. If it tries to run like that, the regulator might have failed.
