Do what Chris said first. RV outlets (MOST except GFCI receptacles) are wire clamp on install. That means the Black/White/Ground Romex 120 wire is smashed thru a metal V groove to cut the insulation and make contac with the 3 prongs of the outlet. IF you have LOW voltage at just one outlet, the odds are the crimped connection at the outlet are slightly burnt/loose from the M/W power run thru it. If so, replace the outlet. A Surge Guard does NOT respond to downstream in the RV problems. It senses and protects from the Outside input source. Doug
