Perplexing - park manager and electrician both agreed park is old and also sacked me what time of day this happens. They both said if morning or dinner time it could be affected due to overall draw on system.
I think your answer is right here. At certain times of the day the total park load causes one line to sag. He also said the park is OLD. So probably needs a wiring/line load balancing upgrade.
