Ain't getting arguments from me!
I just replaced the H11 lamps (driving lights) in my Explorer with 60W LED. Way better light than the $30 silver star, and now they match the HID color temp
Also replaced the 880 driving lamps in the coach with 80W LED with similar results. I can't do the headlamps because of space, but if I do the high beams I'll go from 55W to at least 160w LED
There are apparently three classes of cooling: fan (gen1), braid sink ((gen2), and straight convection that I doubt either will do as well as a fan. The ones I have are claimed IP67. Time will tell.. the Explorer lights are on anytime the headlamps are so I can get some hours on them
