P-30 chassis use the power steering pump to run the hydro boost for your brakes. You need to get it checked out.
Look to see if you have two v-belts on the power steering pully.
There is amain belt and then a "safety" belt to run pump in the event primary belt fails.
This is on your 1990 Gulfstream?
I am going to guess you simply have a bad hose.
