PAINTING TT rims??????
want to repaint my TT 14in rims. they are white now i want them black.... Has anyone ever painted there rims with that PLASTICoat spray which is like a rubber type finish or just prime them and KRYLON...

I painted wheels using tractor paint from the local Tractor Supply (Farm & Fleet, etc.). Scratch them up first with steel wool or 220 grit, wash them good, dry, then spray. I then baked them at 200 in the oven for an hour or two after each coat (don't tell my wife). They've held up well for a year.
