No!
The second Honda senses the wave form cycle of the first one and syncs with it
There is ONLY 120vac on those wires
The Honda alternator aka generator head, is high voltage DC
The inverter electronics change this to 120vac
Any 12v is in the little bitty 8 amp external charge port
