Ok, I am only used to chargers (not necessarily the same as "power supplies" ?) which have a voltage limit and are current limited so they do constant amps until they go to more of a constant voltage at their voltage limits and amps then taper.
I do have a PowerMax 100a current limit thingy that has an adjustable voltage limit but that is the same thing as a regular 100amper except the voltage of 14.6v is not fixed but can be set to a different amount. It remains a 100amper. So I guess it is not a "power supply"
The OP's power supply has both an adjustable voltage and an adjustable current, so that is really confusing :)
