With this being both cv and cc, I would think just setting the V would do the trick, as the load would pull all the amps the units can provide, up to their current limit, provided I don't lower that limit.
And I could lower (preset)the current limit, before charging, for Eq'ing at a regulated current of my choosing, i'e; 5% of the battery's 20H capacity rating. And the V's would begin to rise in order to maintain that preset A setting. (how am I doing???)
Seems like you have a workable plan if your supply works as you have described it...
