Paralleling Power Supply Units Made Easy ???

I watched a youtube video where the guy used a variable adjustable psu to show the relationship between V and A, and the cc and cv lights kept coming on and going off as he adjusted things up and down. Perhaps watching it more closely will help me understand?

I'm just glad the unit showed up today.
