No one said all power supplies are stable.
I know the Parallex converter. I can accurately state it is 100% stable when all components are within spec.
I also stated power supplies that have 45 degrees of phase margin are inherently stable. Having worked many years in that field, and done countless stability analysis and testing, I have confidence in that statement.
