This is getting old. You have provided no rational that a PS which has adequate phase and gain margin becomes unstable when paralleled with another PS. You keep mentioning a "dynamic disturbance". That's plain BS.
Bottom line, if a PS is by definition stable, you can do anything possible to its input or output and it will remain stable.
