In general power supplies are paralleled to share current or to add redundancy...
The paper is dedicated to parallel power supply operations for sharing current, which discusses many of the issues I have talked about, and you tell me I'm wrong.
Why would we need an explanation of how to design parallel control circuits if all power supplies can be hooked together without worry?
