I believe he is referring to output cable resistance equality but I may be wrong.
I varied incoming line voltage 117 +- 10 volts and it didn't do snot.
VDC output balancing is why I purchased 4-1/2 digit meters that are connected between the meters and the shottkey rectifier. 3-1/2 digit ammeters work fine for balancing as well. Voltage preset and amperage load balance.
