Every which way in out up down front back, the Cheapo collapsed at @ 94 volts. The meanwells hung into into the eighties. What bothers me isn't performance, it's what happens when the units are loaded then endure or try and endure a generator spindown. Both voltage and frequency are affected with a standard genset. Such an occurrence can fail some PSU brands. My meager budget does not allow trial-by-fire anymore. Pity. Generator manufacturers try hard to unload field current before the cornering frequency is encountered somewhere around 55 Hz. I am unversed at the vagaries with an inverter type generator. 60 Hz is probably maintained until demand exceeds potential and the circuitry plays possum.
