If the Park model requires 120v for all the appliances you don't need an RV converter. These change 120v AC into 12v DC. What you would need is an inverter which changes 12v DC into 120v AC.
However, I don't think you want to do that. Inverters are expensive and will waste some power. It would probably be easier to just find a standard RV that is configured for 12v.
