Converter voltage doesn't appear to max out at 14.4V Here's another plot, same result. This setup also has 2 x G24 batteries with resistance about 12 mohm.
Your plot is also looking good because the batteries aren't charged that hard. You got 60A/300AH = 0.2C. Many have a 60A PD. If you have 2xG24, that's 170AH. They're trying to charge at 60A/170AH = 0.35C. The PD won't do it. Other converters with output voltage of 14.8V have no problems goosing the batteries with 60A.
BTW, the PD won't charge 2x GC2 at 220AH. Charge rate = 60A/220AH = 0.27.
