Permanent Parking 10 Gallon 120vac Hot Water Heater?

Don't need LPG and certainly don't need the high cost of another RV heater.

Don't want 240vac not available.

Looking to source the heater for winter. It will be controlled by timer for twice a day use for shower only.

Due to brackish water heaters last 2 years here then plug up

Thanks for hints and suggestions!

  • Home Depot sells 7 to 12 gallon 120 volt units that you just plug in. I have set up a few permanent units for people using two x 7 gallon units in series. If you have a second 15 amp circuit available you will double your recovery rate as well.
  • 120 VAC units that size are usually called "Point of use" models. Frequently used in service station restrooms and the like. Soace may be a problem as the size and shape are not as compact as the RV units.

As an example. You may find better pricing through a big box store.

Not sure how well I would trust it, but saw this on Helmart site.

Knowing how you love to tinker, you may want to explore this as an inexpensive answer.
