If it's a wet battery fully charged it and check the specific gravity. You could also disconnect everything from it fully charged it and then check the specific gravity. When it's fully charged you could also hook a device like a fuse buddy in line between the battery and the positive cable and see how many amps it's drawing while sitting there.
