Portable, battery powered fan
Not a "high tech" question. I am looking for a battery powered, table top fan, somewhere between about 6" and 12". Not too loud on high speed. It needs to stow fairly flat.

By battery power, do you mean you put AA batteries into the fan or you plug into a 12v outlet?
Hella make a nice 12v fan if you are connecting to the RV's 12v system.
