Portable, battery powered fan
Not a "high tech" question. I am looking for a battery powered, table top fan, somewhere between about 6" and 12". Not too loud on high speed. It needs to stow fairly flat.

We have three 02 Cool fans that we bought at Walmart on their "seasonal Change over" for $14.00 bucks each. Of course they came with the 120V adapter cord. We have never used the D size batteries in them. I added a piece of lamp cord and soldered it into the battery compartment and put a cigarette adapter plug on the opposite end.
