Portable, battery powered fan
Not a "high tech" question. I am looking for a battery powered, table top fan, somewhere between about 6" and 12". Not too loud on high speed. It needs to stow fairly flat.

If you already have a bunch of Ryobi tools and batteries anyway like I do, then the Ryobi fan is a no brainer. I use mine all the time, especially working on my vehicles in Phoenix. It runs for a LONG time on the big battery pack.
