The spout I have is not one of the CARB approved ones so I don't know how well the CARB one functions.
I carry a 2 1/2 gallon version of this and have been pleased with it. Keeping a separate nozzle & cap are a bit of a pain, but at least you can pour from it into small gas tanks...
