Positive or Negative to Battery switch

My factory disconnect on my FR Stealth toyhauler is on the positive 6ga wire just above the converter.

Not that it is relevant, but almost all computer controlled circuits like in cars are switched on the negative, Far less power handling requirement.

Ever cross your mind the manufacturer of your switch may be a closet radical?

It looks like this has pretty well played it's self out, however, I have a question. I have looked for a description of a Torx box without luck. Being that the discussion is about a TH and I'm more familiar with MoHo's, I kindda figure it has to do with towed RV's rather than powered RV's. Anyway, searches provided nothing but ads for TOXR wrenches.

Ours is on the negative side as that is where the electrons leave the battery.

The trailer box is dead, the hitch and break away switch still work.

Most importantly the hitch light will NOT work so people can't leave it running by accident or on purpose to drain the battery.

MH - doesn't matter

Trailer - positive and the breakaway is wired prior to the disconnect.

Didn't think anybody is still using this type of switch, but - yes, this would be the only scenario when it's better on Neg.
