Power Gear Hydraulic Leveling Manual mode won't work

2012 Winnie motorhome Ford chassis with Power Gear Hydraulic Leveling System. Replaced the touch pad and the controller. Manual mode will not work. Might be parking brake ground but can't find the pa...

In Auto mode it will work but we are very unlevel. We have to manually recalibrate it and that is our problem.
Parking Brake interface is working.
